Timing makes it work
Glitches hit hardest when they are short and on the beat. Two or three frames of chaos beat a full second of it. Use the effect sparingly and the edit keeps its punch.
Export ProRes 4444 for Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro, and WebM with alpha for OBS and the web. Transparent WebM can show glow or shadow artifacts in CapCut, so preview it there first.
