Commercial Asset License

1. Scope and existing rights This agreement governs editable template packages exported from Video Effect Vibe and your use of those packages. It supplements the Terms of Service only for exports covered by this version. You retain your rights in your own uploaded materials. It does not assign ownership of AI-generated output to us, guarantee copyright protection or exclusivity, or revoke rights previously granted. The Terms' permission to use generated content in products for sale does not authorize standalone redistribution of packages covered by this agreement.

2. Permitted use To the extent we hold the necessary rights, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to download, store, modify and reproduce the package for use in unlimited personal and commercial audiovisual projects. You may edit text, colors, timing and other settings; render, publish, distribute, broadcast, publicly display and monetize finished videos containing the asset, including advertising, social media and paid client work. No attribution or additional per-video fee is required. Ending your subscription or token entitlement does not by itself end an already granted license. The license is for an indefinite term, subject to mandatory law and section 6.

3. No standalone redistribution As a contractual condition of this export service, you agree not to sell, sublicense, publish, give away, upload or otherwise distribute the package, its source code, or an adapted or converted version as a standalone reusable asset. This includes template bundles, stock libraries, marketplaces, competing asset services and reusable overlays rendered to another format, including transparent video. Changing text, colors, code or file format does not remove this restriction. A finished video means an audiovisual production in which the asset is incorporated and which is not offered as a means of obtaining or reusing the asset itself.

4. Clients and collaborators You may deliver finished videos to clients and authorize them to publish, distribute and monetize those videos. You may share working files privately with employees or contractors only as needed to complete your projects, provided they are bound by equivalent restrictions and do not use or distribute the asset independently. Clients who need an independently reusable template must obtain their own entitlement. This agreement does not restrict independent use of materials they already own or are otherwise entitled to use.

5. Third-party materials Fonts, libraries, images and other third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and rights. Keep the included notices. This agreement does not limit rights granted independently by those licenses, including open-source licenses. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required for your inputs and intended use. We do not promise that generated material is unique, copyrightable or free from third-party rights.

6. Breach and mandatory rights If you materially breach this agreement, we may require you to stop the prohibited distribution and may suspend further exports as permitted by the Terms and applicable law. We will explain the reason and, where the breach can be remedied, provide at least 14 days to remedy it before terminating this license. Lawfully completed and distributed finished videos are not invalidated solely by termination. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies and independently held rights are unaffected. Acceptance is not a waiver of withdrawal or refund rights.

7. Transition and evidence For accounts predating publication of this license, restrictive changes apply only to assets first created after at least 30 days from the account's acknowledgment of the in-app notice, and only after express acceptance. Earlier assets, recorded derivatives of those assets and prior grants retain their applicable earlier terms. No additional rights to third-party materials are granted.
